If you are not loving what you got, good news, you can return it. There She Goes gives you 14 days from the date of purchase to return for refund or store credit.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that vou received it: unworn, tags attached, free of makeup, deodorant, stains, perfume, animal hair, etc. If you receive an Item that Is damaged, you must notify us within 3 days.
Can't make it to the store for a return?
No problem, just drop in the bin on Sheila's front walk at your convenience. Make sure your name is on/in the bag.
SALE and SEASONAL ITEMS are ALWAYS considered FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange.

Full price GIFT PURCHASES made after November 1, 2024 may be exchanged for another item or store credit until January 10, 2025.
ALL seasonal/holiday items are considered final sale. No exchanges or store credit even if it is a gift. All sale items are final sale.
Items purchased for personal use and not as gifts will still be held to our standard 14 day return policy.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN & OPTIONS
If you are local, return to store during store hours. There She Goes is open, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY, FRIDAY & SATURDAY from 10 am-4 pm. Store Address: 9903 Manchester Road, St. Louis, MO 63122 *Just to the right of the entrance to Dierbergs.
If you are local and cannot make store hours, you may return to the bin on my front porch at any time convenient for you. My home is less than a mile from the store. All that is needed for the return is the customer name (you can include cell phone or email if concerned). Address is: 1118 North Drive, St. Louis, MO 63122
If the order was shipped to you, it needs to be postmarked to for shipment back to TSG by 14th day of receipt of order. Please send return shipment to:
